In 1985, with 15 years of copy machine repair experience, Ronald Trotta opened Sterling Business Systems with the goal of offering long- and short-term copier rentals at fair prices. His son, Ron, Jr. became a full partner three years later.
The formula and the partnership were a great success and Sterling continued to grow. By 2001 we had become an Authorized Canon Dealer, and not long after became a Full-Line Authorized Canon Dealer, allowing Sterling to offer and service any business machine Canon makes.
Sterling is also an authorized Swingline and Okidata dealer.
